We specialize primarily in Residential and Relocation real estate in Illinois. We work with both buyers and sellers providing both personalized and sincere service. Rick handles most of the listings while Lynn takes care of most of the buyers needs. Since part of our job description is educating the client we love working with first time home buyers and home sellers. It is very rewarding to help people through their first real estate experience! We are strong contract negotiators treating each transaction as if it was our own.

We are very excited about what the world of marketing has become. We have a strong internet presence, advertising in some of the largest real estate website (ie. REALTOR.com, RE/MAX.com, craigslist.com, Chicagotribune.com, DailyHerald.com, ActiveRain.com, Localism.com, etc.) We are always trying to keep on top of all the latest and most innovated marketing tools. We provide professional property brochures, property CD's played to easy listening music and website flyers. We take our own virtual tours or photo shows (played to easy listening music) that do not present properties in a "fish bowl" like manner. We also market to the area with "Just Listed" postcards that help get the word out about your home being for sale. In addition we provide our 24 hour Real Estate Marketing Hotline that offers direct connection to our office, fax on demand and voicemail options.

  1. We have completed hours of specialized training perfecting and mastering the art of negotiations and home marketing. We are consistant RE/MAX 100% Club members and are members of the ELITE RE/MAX HALL of FAME.
  2. RE/MAX helps families in more ways than just with real estate. The RE/MAX Northern Illinois Network has been a major contributor to Children's Miracle Network (CMN) for the last several years. All funds raised for CMN in Illinois benefit Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Last year alone RE/MAX Northern Illinois raised $389,602 for CMN. The RE/MAX Northern Illinois Network is currently one of two Platinum-level corporate sponsors of Children's Memorial. Platinum sponsors contribute more than REMAX CMN balloon$100,000 in a calendar year. Our office, RE/MAX All Pro - Bloomingdale, Illinois has been awarded the "Miracle Office" status for the last 4 years. In order to receive this status, each agent in the office personally makes a contribution to CMN. We have made a commitment to make a contribution to CMN from each commission check we receive. This is just one of the many ways these RE/MAX All Pro agents give back to the community.
  3. We also have given back to our school district community, Carol Stream's Community Consolidated School District 93 (CCSD 93). Rick has been a Community Consolidated School District 93 Mentor for the last 3 years helping bridge the gap that some children feel in school with teachers, administration and/or peers. He has also served on the Western Trails Elementary School Building Leadership Team (BLT) as well as on the Community Consolidated School District 93 Leadership Team (DLT) and now is serving on the Jay Stream Middle School Building Leadership Team (BLT) and once again is the parent representative for the District Leadership Team (DLT). Rick served as Vice President of the Western Trails Elementary School PTO/PTA for 2003-2004 as well as serving as President of the Western Trails Elementary School PTO/PTA for 2004-2005. He has volunteered within the Carol Stream Park District as a Baseball coach and Manager and in 2004 Rick was nominated and named Carol Stream Citizen of The Year. Lynn has served as the Western Trails PTO/PTA Treasurer for 3 terms and has been an active volunteer for the school. She is currently serving as Jay Stream Middle School's PTA Treasurer.
